AkosMD Healthcare has acquired a 72 per cent stake in mChemist Global for an undisclosed amount. The collaboration of AkosMD Healthcare and mChemist Global will enable in significantly lowering the cost of primary care which accounts for 70 per cent of total healthcare cost. The union will enable access to healthcare anytime, anywhere through chat, app, smart clinics, and care navigator.
